The hotel has an excellent and stunning location near the river, and it's just a 10-minute walk from a beautiful baroque-style 17th-century cathedral. The room is pleasant and features a slanted window on the ceiling, a free-standing hot tub, and a terrace.- Guests can enjoy a wide range of food options at breakfast, including cereal, cakes, and yogurt.

Very convenient location, clean, spacious room, good breakfast.

The room was taken a junior suite, for three people, a child 14 years old, we were given a junior suite with a whirlpool bath, instead of a sofa, there was a folding bed (for height 1.80 is not convenient), which stood in the center of the room, as there was no possibility to move it at least to some wall. In the centre of the room there was an uncovered bathtub, shower behind a glass door, entrance from the room, so there was no possibility to use the shower either. This room is not suitable for triple occupancy with adult children. Another minus this squeaky floor.

I had a well laid out and extremely pleasant room with a private safe, a sofa bed, and central heating. It had excellent and incredible location just a walking distance from an Austrian museum.

I liked it all! Magnificent location - the bells ringing and base of the hooves we remember long after leaving home. Atmosphere - the spirit of antiquity (not old age, old times and history! with services and comfort all modern, good sauna and rooms we always caught with modern finish, stylish, clean, fresh (although passing by during cleaning and seen with antique furniture). Great variety of rich breakfasts. in good weather you can on the terrace, 24-hour tea corner (where breakfasts are served and where the spa is). Proximity to public transport. including regional transport - no need to go to the main station, as bus 25 to Mount Untersberg (terminal)+Helbrunn Palace (in the middle) is two blocks away and 150 to Lake Wolfgang See (in the middle)+Bad Ischl (terminal) is also close by, reception desk will tell you if it's really in English or German. There are few Russian guests. mostly Europeans, age group is, In general... hotel is very decent - everything is clear, convenient, comfortable, P! S. time we went to the cinema on the lower floor of the hotel building - even if you do not speak English or it is necessary to go. We were delighted! Come by car to the area recommended by the hotel. On foot to the hotel (500 m), got the code from the barrier, came back, drove up to the hotel, unloaded, went to the parking lot near the square (there were no vacant spaces at the hotel type). price of parking is 25 € per day, when paying at the hotel - 15 €. building is very old, clean venue. Room with bath in the center (funny), WITHOUT CONDITIONER!! It's stuffy fucker! fan doesn't save. Open windows, only allowed to breathe by night... bed is comfortable, slept well... Breakfast isn't very varied, it's all basic. Just a little bit, truth is not served regularly, you have to catch waitresses and ask. handout table is dirty and untidy... Next to the BILLA and a lot of restaurants. It takes 2-3 minutes to reach Mozart Square and then the whole center.

The bed in the room was super comfy 🛏️, and it had a safe, central heating, and a work desk. The breakfast had a great variety of options like cereals, cakes, and yogurt, which was really tasty.

Excellent location in pedestrianised area.Very quiet, adjacent to all the city sights.This hotel housed the first cinema-KINO- in Salzburg & still runs up to date films in a very plush cinema-can be English with German subtitles. Pity we discovered it at the end of our short stay, but worth noting! Staff excellent, friendly & very helpful.Very comfortable old & interesting hotel. Recommend for city break or holiday base for the wonderful trips to the Lakes & Mountains & Castles of Austria & Bavaria. Breakfast was typical Austrian buffet.lots of restaraunts within a few minutes walk.

Good location. The rate was very good and the breakfast was great.

Parking was a bit expensive, the rooms had no fridge and there was no wireless internet in the rooms.

The bed was really cozy and the room was clean, and the breakfast selection included fresh cereals, cakes, and yogurt.

Conveniently situated in the old part of Salzburg, our view out of our window was a direct line to the Salzburg castle which looked all the more impressive at night when it was lit up. They had a great breakfast buffet and the people at the front desk were extremely helpful and courteous. The room was quite spacious. We booked for a family of four and the room was more like a suite. We had 2 floors with a large double bed on each floor. Though we spend more for a room than we had anticipated, their price was in line with other hotels that were in the old part of the city. Everything was within a convenient walking distance of our hotel. If we ever return to Salzburg, we would gladly book here again.

Location was good and good breakfast buffet

The room here had a unique theme, was brand new, reasonably priced, and had a lovely soaking tub; the service provided was excellent, despite a couple of employees not being up to par.

Hotels that do not have easy car access should advise customers in advance. Took an hour from time GPS located hotel to gain entry.

Its location was fairly central (0.6 km) to the Altstadt (Old Town) of Salzburg
